Breakup really hurts. After break up, you pass through many stages of difficulty. If your ex has made it a routine to hurt you even when you guys were dating, it is best to forget about the person and trash down the pain. Below are ways on how to completely forget someone that hurt you deeply in a relationship.
1. Know that You don't Need him.
One of the saddest partof breaking up is that someone you use to run to during your Hard time is same person that puts you in a hard time. Someone you've shared your pains and sorrows with is same person that is hurting you. If is this way, then you have to make it a conclusion that you don't actually need the Person in your problem solving and in your life.
2. Don't contact him
If you wish to do away with him, then you have to make no contact with him. Be principled in having no conversation with the person. The more you engage with him on conversation, he or she will draw more closer to you as time passes.
3. Stop taking him as a Special Person
After breaking up, some people term to idealise their relationship and view somethings through rose-colored glasses. We remember the memories and we seems to focus on the memories. We see those behind the memories as angels and important personalities, while forgetting the pains they made you pass through.
