The Labarina series is becoming interesting for the viewers. The series consists of stories about how people run their lives, how wealth is used to overcome many things either good or evil, the betrayal in love.
This week's episode was on love betrayal as Sumayya who gave her heart to Mahmud was seen abandoning her for a daughter of a rich man Laila. Laila had won the heart of Mahmud after giving him 5 million to build on his movie career and adding a new car to him again and she considered him her love who she hopes to marry.
When Sumayya came alongside her friend Rukayya to confess in front of presido a friend to Laila that worked in connecting them together, Mahmud denied her as his girlfriend and labeled her as his old girlfriend.
After this week's series, on Twitter Rukayya and Laila were in a battle of words over Mahmud even though they did in Hausa but I will translate it in English.
The relationship of money is not a relationship, saying a Hausa proverb "Wind is a disturbance to the carrier of sticks on his head" Rukayya said. Laila responded by saying "I will tell you one thing, Mahmud is mine". They further argued, Rukayya said "Hausa people say, your woman for marriage is like a grave she can't escape you, would Sumayya put eyes on Laila and Mahmud to get married" only God knows. Laila replied "How would these happening be coped, this world is for the rich, they get what they want".
