> open app menu
> click on settings
> click on data Usage
> Click on the 3 dots at the right hand corner of your screen.
> Then click on restrict background data

By doing this you'll be able to control the apps that Use your data, because sometimes when you're not using your phone there are so many applications that run in the background without your knowledge and the consume a lot of data.
